Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Consultant Oncologist to join a leading oncology service in Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing complex cancer cases and contributing to a multidisciplinary cancer care program.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage solid tumors and/or hematological malignancies (depending on specialty).
- Develop individualized treatment plans including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies.
- Lead multidisciplinary tumor board meetings.
- Supervise junior physicians and participate in clinical governance activities.
- Contribute to research, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Participate in on-call services as required.
Requirements
- Medical degree with specialization in Oncology (Medical or Clinical Oncology).
- Board Certification (Tier 1 preferred).
- Minimum 3 5 years experience at Consultant level.
- DOH license or eligibility.
- Strong leadership and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.
