Within Management Consulting, the Operations Practice focuses on process optimization, industrial performance, and the transformation of key functions. Our teams work on high-impact projects, such as:
improving operational performance and reducing costs;
digitizing operations and integrating advanced technologies;
managing change and supporting teams through transformation;
and diagnosing and implementing efficiency plans for various sectors.

Your r the:
As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in the success of operational transformation projects. Your responsibilities will include:
Participate in consulting missions independently or as part of a team.
Analyze customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
Mentoring junior consultants and contributing to their development.
Participate in the business development of the practice (proposals, offers).

What we are looking for:
Engineering school diploma, business school or a top-tier Bac+5 university degree, preferably supplemented by a Specialized Master's degree,
8-10 years of professional experience in management consulting, ideally in operations-related projects.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems.
Excellent quality of analysis, synthesis, and presentation.
Commitment, curiosity, inventiveness, team spirit,
Excellent level of English.
