Consultant - Orthopaedic Surgery

A leading healthcare provider in Al Ain is seeking an experienced Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with specialist expertise in hip and total knee replacement. The role focuses on delivering high-quality elective orthopaedic surgical care, supported by modern facilities and multidisciplinary teams, in line with international standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consultant-level orthopaedic care with a focus on hip and total knee arthroplasty
• Perform elective primary (and where applicable, revision) joint replacement surgeries
• Assess, diagnose, and manage orthopaedic conditions across outpatient and inpatient settings
• Lead pre-operative planning and post-operative patient management
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and care planning
• Support and supervise junior medical staff and allied healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and surgical records
• Participate in clinical governance, audit, and quality improvement activities
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements
