Consultant Otolaryngology (ENT)

We are recruiting a highly experienced Consultant ENT Surgeon to join a growing ENT and Head & Neck service within a premium healthcare group in Al Ain. This role is particularly suited to commercially minded surgeons with strong patient-facing skills, advanced procedural expertise, and the ability to contribute to service growth.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage:
  
  • Sinus and nasal disorders
  • Hearing loss and otologic conditions
  • Tonsillar and airway disorders
• Perform:
  
  • Rhinoplasty procedures
  • Tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy
  • Endoscopic ENT procedures
  • General ENT surgeries and interventions
• Conduct:
  
  • Audiological assessments and hearing evaluations

Subspecialty Interests Particular interest in physicians experienced in:

• Rhinoplasty and cosmetic ENT procedures
• Audiology and hearing-related services
• General ENT surgical services
• High-volume outpatient and surgical practice

Service Structure

• Combination of outpatient clinics and operating theatre exposure
• Access to modern ENT diagnostic and surgical equipment
• Collaboration with audiology and multidisciplinary surgical teams

Additional Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong patient base
• Support development of ENT services within the region
• Participate in quality improvement and governance activities
• Contribute to patient education and continuity of care
