Mid Year Benefit (Single status employees only)
Once per contract year:br

Education Allowance
Up to 23,000 SAR per child per year (Grades 1 12).br
Additional 5,000 SAR for dependants in Grades 10 12 studying abroad.br
Medical Care
Medical care for accompanied status employees and dependants (excluding cosmetic procedures, dental, fertility/IVF).br
Leaves
Annual leave: 30 calendar days.br
Public holidays: Eid Al Fitr, Eid Al Adha, Founding Day, National Day.br
Compassionate leave: 7 days (no ticket).br
Sick leave:br
30 days full paybr
60 days at 75% paybr
30 days unpaidbr
Maternity leave: Up to 10 weeks paid.br
Paternity leave: 3 days paid.br
Bereavement (Idda) leave for Muslim widows: 130 days; non Muslim widows: 15 days.br
Marriage leave: 5 days paid.br
Administrative leave: 10 days/year (non accruable) in lieu of overtime/on call.br
Emergency leave: 7 days paid (in case of death of direct relatives).
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements US Board/ FRCS Irish, UK, Canadian, New Zealand or Australian/ Diplome d Etudes Specialises (DES)/ CIS French Board/ Facharzt & Sub-Board/ Fellowship with minimum 3-4 years experience post Board/ Fellowship
