Job Summary The Consultant Paediatric Urologist will provide comprehensive medical and surgical care for infants, children, and adolescents with congenital and acquired urological conditions. The role requires advanced expertise in pediatric urological surgery within a tertiary-care environment that follows international clinical standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage congenital and acquired pediatric urological disorders.
• Perform complex pediatric urological and reconstructive surgeries.
• Manage conditions such as hypospadias, vesicoureteral reflux, obstructive uropathy, neurogenic bladder, and pediatric urologic tumors.
• Provide inpatient and outpatient consultations.
• Collaborate with pediatric nephrology, neonatology, and pediatric surgery teams.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case reviews and clinical governance activities.
• Supervise and mentor junior physicians and trainees.
• Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives.
