Roles & Responsibilities

Overview A well-established private healthcare provider in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Consultant Paediatrician to join its clinical team. This is a confidential opportunity suited to a UK-trained paediatric consultant who is fluent in Arabic and committed to delivering high-quality, family-centred paediatric care within a supportive hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive paediatric care across inpatient and outpatient services.
  • Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of acute and chronic paediatric conditions.
  • Lead clinical decision-making and ensure adherence to best-practice guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with nursing staff, allied health professionals, and other consultants.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and families in Arabic, ensuring culturally sensitive care.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and comply with Saudi Health Council (SCFHS) regulations.
  • Participate in clinical governance, quality improvement, and departmental activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

British CCT (UK) in Paediatrics mandatory.

Fluent Arabic speaker essential requirement.

Consultant-level experience within a recognised hospital setting.

Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and patient-focused approach.

Age requirement: not more than 45 years (as per client criteria).

Eligible for Consultant registration with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
