Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a Consultant Pediatrician to join a well-established private hospital in Dubai, delivering comprehensive pediatric care across both inpatient and outpatient settings. This role offers a balanced clinical workload with additional revenue-generation potential through outpatient services.
Clinical Scope
- Management of:
- General pediatric conditions (acute and chronic)
- Respiratory, infectious, and gastrointestinal illnesses
- Growth and developmental concerns
- Conduct:
- Well-baby clinics and vaccinations
- Developmental screening and preventive care
- Participation in pediatric emergency cases (where required)
Service Structure
- Combination of:
- Outpatient clinics
- Inpatient pediatric ward coverage
- Collaboration with:
- Neonatology
- Pediatric subspecialties
- Allied health teams
Additional Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a strong outpatient patient base
- Supervise junior physicians and nursing staff
- Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement
Desired Candidate Profile
Consultant-level qualification in Pediatrics
Eligibility for UAE licensure (DHA/DOH/MOH)
Experience in hospital-based pediatric practice
