Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary We are seeking a highly qualified Consultant Physician in Pediatrics to join a leading government healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will provide expert pediatric care across inpatient and outpatient settings while contributing to clinical leadership, service development, and teaching activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive pediatric consultations and management of acute and chronic conditions.
  • Oversee inpatient pediatric care and outpatient clinics.
  • Lead multidisciplinary case discussions and clinical audits.
  • Supervise and mentor junior physicians and medical staff.
  • Participate in on-call rotation as required.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical governance programs.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Medical degree with specialization in Pediatrics.
  • Board Certification (Tier 1 preferred: UK CCT, US Board, Canadian, Australian, or equivalent).
  • Minimum 3 5 years experience at Consultant level.
  • DOH license or eligibility.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
