Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform complex surgical procedures to reconstruct and enhance physical appearance, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough pre-operative assessments, including patient history reviews and physical examinations, to develop tailored surgical plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care, including anesthetists, nurses, and allied health professionals.
- Educate patients on surgical options, risks, and post-operative care to facilitate informed decision-making and expectations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution, with a focus on plastic and reconstructive surgery.
- Completion of a minimum of 6 years of accredited residency training in plastic surgery, showcasing advanced surgical skills.
- Board certification in plastic surgery from a recognized medical board, demonstrating a commitment to high professional standards.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a clinical setting, with a proven track record of successful surgical outcomes.
