Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide expert psychiatric assessments and diagnoses for women experiencing mental health challenges during pregnancy and the postpartum period, including complex cases.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, including medication management, psychotherapy, and referrals to other relevant services, tailored to the unique needs of perinatal women.
  • Offer consultation to obstetricians, midwives, and other healthcare professionals involved in the care of pregnant and postpartum women regarding mental health concerns.
  • Lead and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure coordinated and integrated care for patients, fostering collaborative partnerships.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Tier 1 or 2 qualified, Perinatal experience mandatory. Fluent English communication skills to deal with expat population in the local community. Preferred western/European qualified & experience
