Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Analyze market trends and property data to provide clients with informed investment advice, identifying emerging opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and guiding them through the real estate process.
  • Conduct property valuations and financial analyses to assess investment potential and ensure profitable transactions.
  • Negotiate purchase, sale, and lease agreements, securing the best possible terms for clients while adhering to legal requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) or similar, are advantageous.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in commercial real estate brokerage, investment, or consulting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, investment analysis, and property valuation techniques is essential.
