Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee property portfolios, ensuring optimal performance and tenant satisfaction, including regular property inspections and addressing maintenance issues promptly.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and assess property values, staying informed about local market trends and regulations.
- Negotiate lease agreements and manage lease renewals, building strong relationships with tenants and ensuring compliance with lease terms.
- Prepare and manage property budgets, track expenses, and analyze financial reports to maximize profitability and control costs.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Holds relevant certifications, such as a Real Estate License or CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation.
- Has a minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate management or a related field, with a proven track record.
- Demonstrates expertise in property valuation, lease negotiations, and financial analysis.
