Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

You will contribute to the support and quality of developments in a multi-business unit Salesforce environment (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, ERP integrations/business tools). You will work in collaboration with Product Owners and developers, with daily exchanges with teams in France.

Your daily life:

  • Provide Salesforce support: manage and prioritize tickets (incidents, enhancements, improvement requests), resolve level 1 and 2 incidents and escalate to development teams if necessary.

  • Analyze business needs and write clear functional specifications for technical teams.

  • Participate in the testing phases: preparation of test plans, execution of functional tests and coordination of user acceptance testing (UAT).

  • Monitor the resolution of anomalies and contribute to non-regression testing before production deployment.

  • Providing daily support to users, sharing Salesforce best practices, and contributing to internal documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

What interests us about you

  • You have 2-5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years on the Salesforce ecosystem (administration, functional support or TMA).
  • You have proven experience in application support and ticket management (Jira or equivalent tool).
  • You have mastered the fundamentals of Salesforce: managing objects and fields, validation rules, creating simple flows.
  • You are able to analyze anomalies, identify their origin and write clear and structured functional specifications.
  • A basic knowledge of integrations (APIs, data flows) as well as interactions with ERPs or other business tools would be a plus.
  • Known for your rigor, your sense of service and your ability to prioritize, you also have a good level of communication in French.
