Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Study and analyze the IT needs related to/p>
customer needs;
Provide evolutionary and corrective maintenance in SAP;
Advising and training client-users;
Ensure the proper functioning of the applications implemented,
perform integration tests and verify the absence of regression;
Provide support to customer-users;
Write functional specifications based on the expression/p>
of the client's needs or the specifications provided by the AMOA,/p>
include technical recommendations if necessary.
Configure applications, if applicable, in accordance with/p>
needs and expectations of customer-users, and this in the/p>
respect for quality, costs and time;
Helping and guiding customer-users in expressing their/p>
need.
Based on the code analysis, understand how the /p> works
flux.
Work location: Tunis

Profile :
- Bachelor's / Master's
- A very good level of French/English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Meticulous profile, detail-oriented
- SAP is mandatory
