Your main responsibilities will be:

• Study and analyze IT needs in relation to customer needs;
• Provide evolutionary and corrective maintenance in SAP;
• Advising and training client-users;
• Ensure the proper functioning of the applications implemented, perform integration tests and verify the absence of regression;
• Provide support to customer-users;
• Write functional specifications based on the expression of customer need or the specifications provided by the AMOA, including technical recommendations if necessary.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure a coherent and effective implementation of the defined solutions.

Configure applications, where appropriate, in accordance with the needs and expectations of the client-users, while respecting quality, cost and time constraints;
