Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to strengthen our legal team. You will play a key role in managing and leading high-value legal projects. Your main responsibilities will be as follows:
- Supporting clients in their restructuring operations and complex legal arrangements
- Legal advice in company law (creation, dissolution, liquidation)
- Management of clients' legal secretarial services
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating all types of legal documents (contracts, articles of association, shareholders' agreements, minutes)
- Monitoring and management of legal formalities related to the life of companies
- Active legal monitoring and proposal of innovative solutions
- Contribution of cross-functional missions related to the firm's activity
- Mentoring junior profiles and interns
What we expect from you:
- Master's degree in private law, ideally in business law or corporate law
- Minimum 3 years of experience, ideally in a consulting firm or law firm
- Mastery of Moroccan business law and ability to manage complex cases independently
- Good understanding of international legal standards
- Excellent communication skills in French and English
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills
- Rigour, proactivity, team spirit and ease in a demanding and multicultural environment
Desired Candidate Profile
