Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Mission
- To properly gather and analyze customer and operational needs.
- Identify use cases related to improving customer experience and the different phases of scoping and implementation (feasibility study, ROI estimation, etc.).
- Identify the technological solutions adapted to our clients' needs.
- Analyze and map customer journeys and identify areas for optimization
- Define implementation scenarios for the selected solutions in the client context, taking into account organizational, process and technological dimensions.
- Drafting documents and reports associated with the conduct of these missions.
- Ensure the long-term adoption of technological solutions and measure their impact.
- To ensure technological monitoring in order to keep pace with new technologies.
- Develop and present Intelcia's business proposals regarding innovation
- Manage one or more junior consultants to achieve the objectives

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bac+5 degree in engineering or business school.
- Aptitude for technology and a willingness to develop knowledge about artificial intelligence, automation, data science, etc.
- 2-4 years of experience in consulting or equivalent
- Mastery of French and English, both written and spoken, in order to collaborate with our clients, partners and colleagues worldwide.
- Ability to understand the business and technological challenges of clients.
- Problem-solving skills: structuring, identifying problems, collecting and analyzing data, synthesizing and developing recommendations.
- Ability to find creative and innovative solutions in our processes and deliverables.
- Ability to research, test and present solutions within a project-based approach
