Roles & Responsibilities

Main missions

  • Provide level 2 application support on the ServiceNow platform , as part of a 24/7 rotation (morning, afternoon, night).

  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical or functional incidents.

  • Collaborating with N1, N3 teams and developers for escalation and follow-up of issues.

  • Keep technical documentation up to date (procedures, operating guides, FAQs).

  • Participate in the continuous updates , tests and improvements of the platform.

  • Contribute to the automation and optimization of processes.

Desired technical skills

  • ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog

  • Knowledge of similar tools (Jira, Remedy)

  • Knowledge of scripting (JavaScript, Glide) and ServiceNow administration (an asset)

Desired Candidate Profile

Desired profile

  • Bac +5 degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent .

  • 1-2 years of experience on ServiceNow , ideally in development or support roles.

  • Good mastery of ITIL processes .

  • Ability to work rotating shifts 24/7 (including weekends and holidays according to schedule).

  • Good written and oral communication skills in French.

  • Sense of service, responsiveness, autonomy and rigor.
