Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Main missions
Provide level 2 application support on the ServiceNow platform , as part of a 24/7 rotation (morning, afternoon, night).
Diagnose and resolve complex technical or functional incidents.
Collaborating with N1, N3 teams and developers for escalation and follow-up of issues.
Keep technical documentation up to date (procedures, operating guides, FAQs).
Participate in the continuous updates , tests and improvements of the platform.
Contribute to the automation and optimization of processes.
Desired technical skills
ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog
Knowledge of similar tools (Jira, Remedy)
Knowledge of scripting (JavaScript, Glide) and ServiceNow administration (an asset)

Desired Candidate Profile
Desired profile
Bac +5 degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent .
1-2 years of experience on ServiceNow , ideally in development or support roles.
Good mastery of ITIL processes .
Ability to work rotating shifts 24/7 (including weekends and holidays according to schedule).
Good written and oral communication skills in French.
Sense of service, responsiveness, autonomy and rigor.
