Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Dynamics 365 CRM Confirm Solution Consultant , you will actively participate in the implementation and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing).
Under the supervision of a project manager, you will contribute to the configuration , development and quality of deliverables while consolidating your technical and functional skills in a stimulating and collaborative environment.
Main missions:
Participate in the implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM projects (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing).
Attend functional and technical design workshops under the supervision of a project manager.
Configure and parameterize the solution according to business needs (entities, forms, workflows, views, dashboards).
Develop customizations : JavaScript, .NET plugins, custom workflows and integrations via Web API.
Participate in unit and integration tests to ensure the quality of developments.
Contribute to the writing of technical and functional documentation .
Technical skills required:
- Proficiency in standard Dynamics 365 CRM settings (Power Apps Model Driven).
- In-depth knowledge of security models, business rules, workflows and Power Automate.
- Development: JavaScript, C#, Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, Web API (OData, REST).
- Knowledge of Cloud (Dynamics 365 Online) and On-Premises environments .
- Familiarity with the Power Platform ecosystem (Power BI, Power Automate, Dataverse).
Desired Candidate Profile
Bac+5 in IT or equivalent.
- Proven experience on at least one complete Dynamics 365 CRM implementation project.
- Good communication skills, team spirit and technical rigor.
