Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking experienced Consultant and Specialist Neurologists to join a leading premium healthcare group across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. This opportunity is ideal for physicians with advanced expertise in complex neurological disorders, epilepsy, movement disorders, and multidisciplinary neurology care within tertiary or quaternary healthcare environments.
The successful candidates will join a rapidly expanding neurosciences program focused on delivering advanced neurological diagnostics, comprehensive patient management, and collaborative multidisciplinary care.
Clinical Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and manage:
    • Epilepsy and seizure disorders
    • Parkinson s disease and movement disorders
    • Neuromuscular and neurodegenerative conditions
    • Complex neurological and cerebrovascular disorders
  • Conduct:
    • Neurological examinations and assessments
    • EEG interpretation and neurodiagnostic evaluations
    • Long-term neurological treatment planning
  • Collaborate with:
    • Neurosurgery
    • Rehabilitation Medicine
    • Psychiatry and Internal Medicine teams
Subspecialty Interests Particular interest will be given to candidates with expertise in:
  • Epilepsy and seizure management
  • Movement Disorders
  • Neuromuscular disease
  • Complex multidisciplinary neurology programs
Service Structure
  • High-acuity tertiary-level clinical environment
  • Multidisciplinary neurosciences framework
  • Advanced neurodiagnostic and imaging support
  • Combination of inpatient, outpatient, and consultative services
Additional Responsibilities
  • Participate in MDT meetings and clinical governance initiatives
  • Contribute to neurology service development and subspecialty programs
  • Mentor junior physicians and support educational activities
  • Participate in research, teaching, and academic initiatives where applicable

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate Requirements

  • Western Board Certification / CCT / Fellowship preferred
  • Strong tertiary or quaternary hospital experience
  • Expertise in complex neurological care highly desirable
  • Existing DOH, DHA, or MOH license / eligibility advantageous
  • Strong communication and multidisciplinary collaboration skills
