Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Level 1 and 2 user support on NX / Teamcenter

  • Support for change management and adoption of new tools
  • Facilitating training sessions and user coaching
  • Functional and technical assistance on field issues
  • Writing documentation and user guides
  • Reporting and monitoring of incidents and requests for improvements
  • Participation in the deployment and stabilization phases of the tools

Desired Candidate Profile

MUST qualifications :

  • My mastery of Teamcenter and Siemens NX tools
  • Experience in user support and change management
  • Ability to train and coach users
  • Knowledge of the PLM/CAD environment

Nice-to-have qualifications :

  • Experience with Siemens solutions
  • Experience in deploying digital tools
  • Knowledge of engineering/product processes

LANGUAGES :

  • French: B2
