Overview A well-established tertiary private hospital in Dubai is seeking an experienced Consultant Urologist to join its expanding surgical services. This role is suited to a hands-on urologist with a strong operative practice across male and female urology, who is actively performing surgery and maintains a documented surgical logbook.

Due to patient demographics and service needs, female candidates are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive consultant-level urology services across inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Perform a broad range of urological surgeries for both male and female patients.
• Manage elective and acute urological conditions with a strong surgical focus.
• Maintain an up-to-date surgical logbook demonstrating operative volume and outcomes.
• Collaborate with anaesthesia, radiology, oncology, nephrology, and nursing teams.
• Participate in MDT meetings, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation and compliance with UAE healthcare regulations.
