Consultant Vascular Surgeon

We are seeking an experienced Consultant Vascular Surgeon to join a leading healthcare organization in Dubai. This role is suited to a highly skilled surgeon with broad expertise in open and endovascular vascular surgery, committed to delivering excellent patient outcomes and contributing to multidisciplinary clinical care.
The position offers a senior consultant platform within a well-established surgical service supported by modern facilities and a collaborative clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities Clinical & Surgical Practice

• Provide consultant-level vascular surgery services, including elective and emergency cases
• Perform open and endovascular vascular procedures in line with international best practices
• Manage complex vascular conditions including peripheral arterial disease, aneurysms, carotid disease, venous disorders, and diabetic vascular complications
• Conduct pre-operative assessments, informed consent, and post-operative follow-up

Multidisciplinary Collaboration

• Work closely with interventional radiology, cardiology, nephrology, diabetology, and surgical teams
• Participate in MDT meetings and shared decision-making for complex cases
• Support peri-operative optimization and long-term patient management

Governance, Quality & Safety

• Maintain compliance with DHA regulations, hospital policies, and international clinical standards
• Participate in clinical audits, morbidity and mortality meetings, and quality improvement initiatives
• Ensure high standards of patient safety, infection control, and surgical documentation

Teaching & Professional Development

• Support training, mentoring, and supervision of junior medical staff as required
• Participate in continuous professional development and maintain licensure and credentials
