Consulting Analyst

Participate in multiple cross functional projects at the same time within the Consulting Services department as per the predefined timelines and milestones.

Conduct assigned projects and internal processes as per the defined policies & procedures.

Update project assets, communications and related database.

Utilize data gathering tools and methods to analyze and gather data needed for project requirements.

Attend client meetings and record identified project actions/deliverables through taking minutes of meetings as required.

Coordinate logistics/preparations for client meetings/conferences.

Coordinate travel arrangements and related accommodation for project team and any other project related arrangements that are required.

Ensure to deliver project related tasks according to timeline and with high quality.

Provide support and basic reporting, proof reading, editing and slides preparation for the project consultant and project manager as appropriate.

Jointly with other consultants, prepare proposals and cost calculations for assigned projects.

Provide other day to day support to the project team as requested.
