Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for consumer tire products to increase market share and brand visibility.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify new opportunities and optimize product positioning.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and distribution teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Manage and oversee the implementation of promotional campaigns, digital marketing, and advertising activities.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting tactics to maximize ROI.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, retailers, and media partners.
  • Coordinate product launches and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Generate regular reports on market performance, competitor activities, and campaign outcomes.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in automotive marketing.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably within the automotive or consumer goods sector.
  • Solid knowledge of ATL/BTL and digital marketing
  • Experience in category management, pricing, and sales collaboration
  • Strong project management and agency briefing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Experience managing budgets and coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
