Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute engaging content strategies tailored for Amazon product listings and social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in Amazon content creation and social media marketing.
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms and Amazon product pages in a timely and professional manner.
- Create and edit video content for social media and Amazon, including product demos, tutorials, and promotional videos, to improve product visibility.
- Create high-quality product descriptions, compelling copy, and visually appealing content (images, videos) that drive sales and enhance customer engagement on Amazon.
- Manage and maintain a consistent content calendar across all social media channels, including scheduling posts, tracking performance, and making data-driven adjustments.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience (2+ years) in content creation, social media management, and Amazon product listing optimization.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software.
- Experience in e-commerce or retail industry is a plus.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and keyword research for both Amazon and social media.
