Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Social Media Marketer is responsible for managing and growing the brand’s presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and TikTok. This role involves content creation, community engagement, analytics, and campaign execution.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals
  • Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos) tailored to each platform
  • Monitor trends and adapt content accordingly
  • Manage community interactions and respond to comments/messages
  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare reports
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams for cohesive campaigns
  • Run paid ad campaigns and optimize for ROI
  • Plan and execute digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Strong understanding of platform algorithms and audience behavior
  • Creative writing and visual storytelling
  • Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer
    • Optimize website content for SEO and manage keyword strategies
    • Manage email marketing campaigns and automation workflows
    • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console
    • Coordinate with content creators, designers, and developers
    • Stay updated with digital trends and competitor strategies
    • Manage budgets and report on ROI
    • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, PPC, and email marketing
    • Experience with tools like Google Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, SEMrush, or HubSpot
    • Strong analytical and reporting skills
    • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
    • Understanding of customer journey and conversion funnels
