Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Create high-quality photo and video content for social media, digital campaigns, and marketing materials
- Film, shoot, and edit content using professional cameras and mobile devices
- Design digital assets including social media posts, reels, stories, posters, and promotional visuals
- Edit videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
- Assist with content planning, shot lists, and creative concepts
- Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns, launches, and events
- Manage and organise digital assets, footage, and design files
- Stay up to date with content trends, social media formats, and design best practices
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Designer, or similar role
- Strong design skills with fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Confident working with cameras (photo and video), lighting, and basic audio setup
- Strong video editing and motion design skills
- Ability to design and execute content from concept to final output
- Good understanding of social media platforms and content formats
- Strong attention to detail and visual consistency
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury brands is an advantage
- A creative self-starter with a strong visual eye
- Someone who is comfortable switching between design, filming, and editing
- A team player who can take direction but also bring fresh ideas
- Passion for storytelling, branding, and digital content
