Roles & Responsibilities

Missions
Activity 1: Developing brand awareness within web communities

Identify online communities that can influence brand positioning (bloggers, discussion forums, etc.).
Participate in creating community values: culture, social and language codes, etc.
Define the community's objectives in agreement with the brand communications manager: product testing, customer (or user) information, brand promotion, etc.
Define indicators to monitor the “life” of the community (number of “posts”, quality of responses, etc.).
Plan and monitor online member recruitment actions (partnerships, sponsorships, email campaigns, etc.) in connection with marketing.
Activity 2: Strengthening community cohesion

Manage the company's various accounts while respecting the specific nature of each of them (corporate, professional, community, merchant, etc.).
Write or relay content that helps develop brand visibility and sales.
Make existing members a relay of information within the community (recruitment and retention of influencers).
Launch topics that can spark debate or the sharing of experiences and practices among Internet users/consumers.
Ensure the quality of responses, including criticisms of the brand or product, so that they can be used and the discussion restarted.
Enforce the ethical rules of the community (netiquette) through moderation of content produced by the Internet user: exclusion of comments, photos, or videos of a racist or insulting nature, etc.
Strengthen and optimize interactions between communities.
Manage the history and archiving of data contained on the site (topics covered, information and documents transmitted by the company or Internet users, etc.)
Research new social media to expand community influence.
Ensure user loyalty through online events (newsletters, competitions, etc.)
Implement offline operations to physically bring together the community and its leaders (influential bloggers, “VIP” members, etc.)
Participate in crisis communication in the event of bad buzz.
Activity 3: Evaluation and monitoring of marketing actions

Analyze marketing buzz and monitor the brand's image across various online media (analysis of images, content, etc.)
