Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop, write, and edit engaging content for various platforms including websites, blogs, social media, and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and project teams to align content with brand messaging and campaign objectives.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, target audiences, and competitors to inform content strategy.
  • Create multimedia content such as videos, infographics, and presentations to enhance audience engagement.
  • Optimize content for SEO to improve online visibility and drive traffic to company platforms.
  • Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all content assets.
  • Proofread and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency with brand voice.
  • Monitor content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies based on insights.
  • Stay updated on emerging content trends and digital marketing best practices.
  • Support internal communications and corporate events with creative content solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

3 to 6 years of proven experience in content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing in Real Estate is a Must.

Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English and/or Arabic.

Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.

Experience with multimedia content development, including video and graphic design.

Proficiency in content management systems and social media platforms.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.

Portfolio of published content or relevant work samples.
