Roles & Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop, write, and edit high-quality content for multiple platforms, social media, case studies, blogs, newsletters, and marketing materials for offline and online events.
  • Translate technical topics (e.g., digital transformation, AI, automation, ECM, BPM) into clear and engaging copy for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Create SEO-friendly website and blog content that increases visibility and organic traffic.
  • Write and edit internal and external communications, including press releases, success stories, and client communications.
  • Research industry trends, competitors, and customer insights to develop relevant and timely topics.
  • aware of creating briefs and copies for creating different content types.

Qualifications, skills & abilities

  • 2 - 4 years of proven experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role (preferably in the IT or B2B tech industry).
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and web content optimization.
  • Team Player and agile mind for different communication activities
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
  • Research abilities.
