Job Description
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Content Creator to produce engaging and high-quality content for our social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) and YouTube channel. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and long-form YouTube content, with the ability to conceptualize, film, edit, and optimize videos for maximum engagement and growth.
To be successful in this role, you must stay ahead of trends while maintaining a strong brand identity. Success comes from consistently producing high-quality, engaging content that resonates with your audience whether through eye-catching Reels, viral TikTok trends, or compelling YouTube videos. Creativity, adaptability, and a deep understanding of platform algorithms are key. Strong storytelling skills, attention to detail in editing, and the ability to analyze performance metrics will help refine your strategy over time. Roles and Responsibilities
Content Creation

Conceptualize, script, film, and edit engaging short-form videos (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and long-form YouTube content.

Stay updated on social media trends, challenges, and viral content to keep the brand relevant.

Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, style, and marketing goals.
Video Production & Editing

Add captions, graphics, music, and effects to maximize engagement.

Optimize videos for each platform (aspect ratios, hooks, captions, etc.).
Social Media & YouTube Management:

Plan and schedule content calendars in coordination with the marketing team.

Upload, publish, and monitor content performance across platforms.

Engage with the audience by responding to comments and messages when needed.
Performance Tracking & Optimization:

Analyze metrics (views, engagement, retention) to refine content strategy.

A/B test different content styles, hooks, and formats to improve performance.

Collaborate with the team to adjust strategies based on data insights.
Collaboration & Growth:

Work closely with designers, marketers, and influencers for cohesive campaigns.

Suggest creative ideas for collaborations, sponsorships, and influencer partnerships.

Continuously research and implement new content trends and platform updates.
Requirements
Skills & Experience:

Proven experience as a Content Creator, Videographer, or Social Media Specialist (portfolio required).

Strong proficiency in video editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).

In-depth understanding of social media algorithms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).

Ability to film high-quality videos with proper lighting, framing, and audio.

Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop) for thumbnails and visuals (preferred).

Knowledge of YouTube SEO, trends, and best practices (preferred).
Creative & Technical Abilities:

Strong storytelling and scriptwriting skills for engaging content.

Ability to adapt content style for different platforms and audiences.

Fast learner with a keen eye for viral trends and emerging formats.

Strong organizational skills to manage content calendars and deadlines.

Highly creative with a passion for social media and digital content.
