Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Content Creator to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will craft engaging, brand-aligned content for social media, catalogues, and digital campaigns, supporting My Way s mission to inspire and empower Egyptian families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and publish high-quality content (photo, video, text) for social media, website, and catalogue campaigns.
  • Collaborate with brand managers, graphic designers, and the digital marketing team to ensure consistent brand storytelling.
  • Brainstorm and develop creative ideas, scripts, and storyboards for marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Monitor trends and propose innovative content formats (Reels, TikTok, live sessions, etc.).
  • Write clear and persuasive captions, product descriptions, and marketing copy in Arabic and English.
  • Track content performance and provide insights for optimization.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Media, Journalism, or related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience as a content creator, copywriter, or social media specialist.
  • Strong skills in creative writing, storytelling, and visual content planning.
  • Solid understanding of social media trends and analytics.
  • Excellent communication in Arabic and English.
  • A passion for beauty, lifestyle, and consumer products is a plus.
