The ideal candidate is skilled in editing, lighting, and audio while also being comfortable appearing in videos when needed. If you're passionate about creating impactful content and ready to be a key face and voice for our brand, read on.Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Production & EditingPlan and produce video content including product promos, interviews, social media clips, and event coverageSet up and operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for shootsEdit footage with precision using tools like Adobe Premiere ProMaintain consistent quality and brand tone across all video contentOn-Camera PresentationConfidently appear in videos as a presenter, host, or spokespersonDeliver clear, engaging dialogue to camera based on scripts or talking pointsCollaborate with content creators and marketing team to refine messaging and styleParticipate in content brainstorming to help shape narrativesCollaboration & Content StrategyWork closely with the marketing and social media teams to align video content with campaignsStay updated on video trends to suggest creative formats and stylesManage project timelines and deliverables with speed and flexibilityContribute to team discussions on visual branding and storytellingRequirements:2+ years experience in videography, video editing, or digital content creationProficiency in using Adobe Suite editing tools.Strong on-camera presence and clear communication skillsKnowledge of lighting setups, audio capture, and video formatsCreative mindset with an eye for storytelling and compositionFluent in EnglishExperience producing content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)Salary & Benefits:Competitive Salary: 8,000 15,000 AEDWork Visa sponsorshipMedical insurance30 days of paid annual leaveAccess to creative equipment and toolsSupportive team culture with regular content strategy sessionsWork Arrangement:Type: Full-time, on-site positionNote: Remote or hybrid work is not available.
