Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the marketing manager.
  • Responsible for the creative vision for online campaigns. Produce sketches, and storyboards rough to visualize ideas.
  • Determine how best to represent a concept visually.
  • Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices.
  • Designing content, illustrations, and infographics.
  • Generate fresh concepts.
  • Develop, organize and implement new concepts for social media platforms and websites to boost online presence
  • Design videos pictures, stop motions, animations, and collaterals for online and offline activities Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects.
  • Keeping up to date with industry developments. You will also be requested to work on short videos/animation/gifs for digital use only.
  • Photo and video shooting for properties, team, and company visits in-house and outdoor.

Qualifications:

  • Applicant must have at least 3 years of photography /videography.
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.

Skills needed:

  • Illustration, Photo Manipulation & Animation knowledge.
  • Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Aftereffects & Premier Pro.
  • Photo shooting and video filming are considered assets A strong eye for visual composition, Effective time management skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Dubai Real Estate Experience preferred

The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work that demonstrates their passion as a Photographer cum Videographer, especially in real estate.
