Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop engaging content strategies tailored to target audiences and align with brand goals, ensuring a distinct voice and message.
- Create high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content, including articles, videos, graphics, and social media posts that resonate with the audience.
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends and audience preferences to inform content creation and drive relevance.
- Optimize content for SEO and digital platforms to enhance visibility and engagement, employing analytics to track performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
- Manage content calendars and schedules, ensuring timely delivery and consistency in posting frequency.
- Engage with audiences through comments and messages, building a community around the brand and fostering loyalty.
- Stay updated on emerging content formats and digital tools, continuously experimenting to keep content fresh and innovative.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, using insights to refine strategies and improve future content.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and concepts that push the boundaries of conventional content.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-2 years of relevant experience in content creation, demonstrating a strong portfolio with diverse content types.
Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML, showcasing technical capability in digital publishing.
Experience with graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, allowing for visually appealing content production.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling that captivates and informs the audience.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high quality under tight deadlines.
Creative mindset with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and audience interests.
Cultural sensitivity and adaptability, able to tailor content for diverse audiences and platforms.
Fluency in Arabic and English (Arabic is Mandatory)
