Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, edit, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, stories, and graphics) for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Develop content strategies to align with marketing goals and brand identity.
  • Research industry trends and competitor strategies to create innovative content.
  • Collaborate with the design, marketing, and strategy teams to execute campaigns.
  • Write compelling copy for social media posts, blogs, and captions.
  • Schedule and manage content calendars to ensure consistency.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and optimize content performance based on analytics.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
