Job Overview:

INARA is looking for a talented and creative Field Content Creator to visually document the impact of INARA activities in Egypt. This deliverables-based role involves capturing and producing powerful visual stories through photography and video, with a focus on human interest narratives and ongoing coverage of activities, visits, and community interactions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual storytelling, experience working in the field, and the ability to create content that highlights both the challenges and the hope within the communities served.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver 1 human interest visual story per week (photo or short video), focusing on individuals and communities benefiting from INARA s work.

Produce 1 follow-up visual story per week, illustrating continued progress and the broader impact of INARA s work in Egypt

Cover ALL INARA-related field activities and visits as needed, capturing high-quality photo and video content, with occasional interviews.

Edit all visual materials to be publication-ready, including color grading, audio balancing, subtitles, and basic motion graphics if needed.

Ensure content complies with INARA s branding, messaging guidelines, and protection standards.

Collaborate closely with the communications team to align on story angles, logistics, and content delivery timelines.

Qualifications:
Strong experience in both photography and video production.
Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro
Excellent visual storytelling and narrative structuring skills.
Sensitivity to working with vulnerable individuals and communities; understanding of ethical content collection.
Availability to travel within Egypt (if needed) to reach project sites.
Arabic fluency required; working knowledge of English is an asset.
Ability to meet tight weekly deadlines with minimal supervision.
