Job Summary:

The Content Creator will be responsible for capturing and producing engaging, brand-aligned short-form content across SUNRISE Resorts & Cruises properties. The role focuses on on-site coverage of key events, activities, and experiences, while supporting the creation of high-quality vertical content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Stories. This role also involves coaching the animation teams at resorts to improve in-house content capturing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture live content across resorts during events, activities, and special happenings.
• Produce dynamic short-form videos optimized for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Stories.
• Ensure all captured content aligns with brand aesthetics, tone, and storytelling guidelines.
• Coach on-site animation and entertainment teams on best practices for content capturing, including framing, lighting, and mobile shooting techniques.
• Propose content ideas and trends that fit the brand s positioning and seasonal marketing priorities.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and social media teams to align content production with broader campaign goals.
• Organize and manage raw footage and edited content for internal use and future projects.
• Stay updated on current social media trends, tools, and platform updates relevant to short-form video content.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation, short-form video production, or social media management, preferably within hospitality, travel, or lifestyle sectors.
• Strong skills in mobile content creation and short-form video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, InShot, or native Instagram/TikTok editing tools).
• Natural eye for capturing vibrant, lively moments that tell a story visually.
• Ability to work independently on-site, adapting quickly to different event environments and resort settings.
• Comfortable coaching non-creative teams (such as entertainment staff) on basic shooting best practices.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage a fast-paced content pipeline.
• Familiarity with hospitality environments and luxury lifestyle presentation is an advantage.
• English language proficiency required; additional languages are a plus.
