Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute a content calendar to produce high-quality, engaging content (blogs, social media posts, infographics, videos, etc.) aligned with SaaS solutions for the GCC market.
  • Write SEO-optimized content that ranks well on search engines while maintaining quality and engagement.
  • Adapt content to meet the unique cultural and business needs of the GCC market, ensuring it resonates with local audiences and complies with the region s specific language and tone preferences.
  • Work closely with product managers, marketers, and developers to create product-oriented content that highlights software features, user benefits, and market positioning.
  • Manage and grow the company s social media presence through engaging posts, relevant hashtags, and interaction with the GCC audience, promoting SaaS products and company brand awareness.
  • Stay up to date with the latest SaaS industry trends, especially those relevant to the GCC region, to ensure our content remains relevant and resonates with our target audience.
  • Track and analyze the performance of content across various platforms, providing insights and suggestions for improvement using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or other analytics platforms.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in any discipline, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative content creation and writing skills.
  • 2+ years of experience in content creation, with at least 1 year of experience in the SaaS industry within the GCC region.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Arabic, and preferably English, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS products and their business models. Ability to explain complex software solutions in a clear, engaging way.
  • Proven ability to craft content that ranks well in search engines. Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, or SEMrush is highly valued.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changes in the SaaS industry and the GCC market, ensuring that content reflects the latest trends and opportunities.
  • Strong creative vision and ability to generate new ideas for content that attracts, engages, and converts audiences.
  • Keen eye for detail when it comes to grammar, tone, and style, ensuring every piece of content aligns with the brand s voice.
