We re looking for a creative, energetic, and hands-on Content Creator to join our team.

You ll be the spark behind our creative content ideas, collaborating with designers and video creators to bring concepts to life, and you ll play a key role in planning and executing engaging marketing events and brand activations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop original content ideas for social media, marketing campaigns, and brand storytelling
• Write scripts and edit short-form videos (e.g., Reels, TikTok, interviews)
• Stay on top of trends in content formats, social media features
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure assets align with Unlock s brand voice and objectives.
• Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all content pieces.
• Review content performance and adjust strategies based on insights.
• Assist in planning and organizing virtual and physical brand events.
• Represent the brand in a professional, engaging, and approachable way.
• Coordinate with event organizers and team members to ensure smooth content coverage.
• Help plan content opportunities before, during, and after events.

What We re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• 1 3 years of experience in content creation.
• Creative mindset with storytelling skills and attention to details.
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other key platforms.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Great time management and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Experience covering or organizing events, pop-ups, or brand activations is a great PLUS.
