Roles & Responsibilities

Create engaging organic content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms

Shoot high-quality Reels and short-form videos using a smartphone

Capture behind-the-scenes content, product highlights, lifestyle moments, and brand storytelling

Bring fresh, creative ideas aligned with Better Bites tone and target audience

Edit content using tools such as CapCut, InShot, Adobe, or similar

Stay updated on trending formats, sounds, and transitions

Optimize content for engagement with strong hooks, captions, and dynamic pacing

Manage Better Bites social media accounts on a daily basis

Schedule posts and maintain consistent brand presence

Engage with the community through comments, DMs, and interactions

Track insights and recommend content improvements based on performance

Identify high-performing posts suitable for boosting

Support basic paid social media boosting efforts to increase reach and engagement

Collaborate with the marketing team to align boosted content with campaign goals

Monitor performance of boosted posts and suggest optimizations for better ROI

Desired Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality organic content, managing our social media platforms, and contributing to brand growth through strong content performance and strategic boosting support.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how to create engaging Reels, stays up to date with social media trends, and knows how to strategically amplify top-performing posts through paid boosting when needed.

If you are passionate about health, fitness, and digital storytelling, and have the ability to create content that drives engagement and measurable results, we would love to hear from you.

Must own a smartphone with a strong camera for filming

Proven experience creating Reels and short-form videos

Strong understanding of organic social media growth strategies

Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok trends

Basic knowledge of social media boosting tools (Meta Ads, etc.) is a plus

Passion for food, lifestyle, and creative storytelling

Experience working with food or consumer brands

Knowledge of TikTok growth strategies

Ability to shoot aesthetic food and product content

Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
