Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a creative and dynamic Content Creator to develop engaging, high-quality content across digital, social, and on-ground platforms. This role is key to building brand identity and crafting compelling stories that connect with audiences worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish multimedia content (videos, graphics, articles, reels, etc.) for social media and marketing channels.
- Develop creative campaigns to promote events, athletes, and initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and event teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Manage social media presence and engage with audiences to boost visibility and interaction.
- Capture on-ground and behind-the-scenes moments during events and activations.
- Research sports trends and emerging digital formats to keep content fresh.
- Edit and repurpose content for multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.).
- Track analytics and performance metrics to optimize future strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- 4 8 years of experience in content creation, preferably in sports, entertainment, or media.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator).
- Strong storytelling, copywriting, and visual communication skills.
- Knowledge of social media trends, sports culture, and audience engagement strategies.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with photography, videography, or motion graphics is an advantage.
Desired Candidate Profile
