Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Content Creation:

  • Plan, shoot, and edit content (photo, video, reels, stories, TikToks, etc.) that showcases Rouh s clothing line in a creative and engaging way.
  • Develop ideas for viral campaigns tailored to fashion audiences.
  • Stay on top of content trends in clothing, lifestyle, and youth culture.

Community Engagement & Support:

  • Manage and respond to direct messages (DMs), comments, and customer inquiries with professionalism and brand voice.
  • Provide excellent client support, helping build strong relationships with our community.

Influencer & Partner Coordination:

  • Identify, contact, and build relationships with influencers, models, and collaborators.
  • Organize influencer partnerships, content shoots, and campaigns.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the founders on campaign ideas and brand direction.
  • Support with any other creative or organizational needs as they arise (startup mentality).

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Based in Cairo, ideally in or near Maadi.
  • Proven experience creating viral fashion/clothing content please share examples.
  • Strong skills in photo and video editing for social media.
  • Creative eye for fashion, branding, and social media trends.
  • Excellent communication skills (Arabic & English).
  • Comfortable multitasking in a startup environment where priorities shift quickly.
