Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop annual visual strategies and manage creative budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Production Oversight: Lead high-stakes projects from concept to delivery, including TVCs, Music Videos, and premium print ads.
  • Creative Quality Control: Oversee the entire content lifecycle: scripting, storyboarding, art direction, and post-production (Color grading, editing, and design).
  • Team Leadership: Manage and inspire the internal creative team while building a "Gold Standard" network of external agencies and suppliers.
  • Platform Adaptation: Ensure content is optimized for TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram while maintaining a premium brand edge.
  • Performance Tracking: Create content that aligns with business goals and drives measurable engagement.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in high-end video and print production.

  • Industry Background: Proven track record in Creative Agencies or Multinational brands.
  • Technical Mastery: Full-process mastery from pre-production to the final render (Composition, lighting, and rhythm).
  • Leadership: Strong communication skills and experience managing creative talent and external vendors.
  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Fine Arts, Mass Communication (Media), or any related field.
  • Soft Skills: Results-oriented, highly organized, and able to work under tight deadlines for major campaigns.
