Job Title: Content Creator & Videographer – Real Estate (Malayali Candidates Preferred)

Job Summary

Are you a Malayali creator who loves shooting and editing short videos that go viral? We are a leading real estate brokerage in Dubai looking for a talented video content creator to turn our agents into real estate influencers. You’ll create engaging short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) that attract views, followers, and clients organically.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit short-form videos for social media (Reels / TikTok / YouTube Shorts).

• Create catchy 3-second hooks, engaging storylines, and captions that connect with audiences.

• Plan and film property walkthroughs, lifestyle content, and agent interviews.

• Identify and adapt to trending audio, topics, and viral formats.

• Post content, analyze performance, and continuously improve engagement.

• Work closely with real estate agents to build their personal brands and social presence.

Requirements

• Age 20–30 preferred.

• Malayali background (fluent in Malayalam and English).

• Strong portfolio or examples of social media videos you have shot or edited.

• Skilled in editing apps like CapCut

• Experience filming on mobile.

• Creative mindset with strong understanding of short-form virality and trends.

• Able to meet deadlines and work independently or in a small team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating content for real estate, travel, or lifestyle.

• Basic motion graphics, overlays, podcast editing and subtitle editing skills.
