Key Responsibilities

• Video Production: Conceptualize, film, and edit high-quality short-form video content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Live Event Coverage: Capture live events using professional cameras and mobile devices.
• Brand Alignment: Ensure all video content reflects the brands tone, style, and visual identity.
• Trend Integration: Stay up-to-date with social media trends and incorporate them into video strategies creatively.
• Script & Storyboarding: Develop engaging scripts and storyboards to guide video production and ensure clarity in messaging.
• Post-Production: Edit raw footage with sound, graphics, effects, and transitions to ensure seamless and polished results.
• Collaboration: Work closely with account services and creative teams to align video content with campaigns and promotional strategies.
• Client Interaction: Attend client meetings alongside the account services team to understand briefs and deliver expectations.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in video content creation, particularly for social media platforms.
• Proficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with AI tools for content enhancement.
• Strong knowledge of social media algorithms, especially for video-focused platforms.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with excellent time management skills in fast-paced environments.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for visual storytelling.
• Technical proficiency in photography, lighting, and sound techniques is a plus.
• Understanding of animation basics, with the ability to add supers and effects to videos.
