Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a Content Director who will help build the personal brand around Viktor Möller @viktorr (within eCommerce growth) and at the same time lift @vikstmarketing online.
This is not a "normal" content role. It's for someone who understands marketing, psychology, and content - and can translate it into ideas, scripts, and content that creates real growth.
The role is remote, with occasional travel to Marbella and Dubai.
What you will do:
- Have primary responsibility for YouTube (long-form) - this is our main focus
- Develop and execute a clear content strategy for both @viktorr & @vikstmarketing
- Scripted YouTube videos and short-form content (Instagram)
- Edit content with a focus on hooks, retention and performance
- Eje content systemet: id -> script -> edit -> publish
- Come up with new concepts, angles and ideas
- Stay on top of trends and what's working right now
- Work closely with Viktor on positioning and messaging
- Coordinate with the team regarding funnels, lead magnets and how content creates customers

- You have strong experience with video editing
- You understand hooks, storytelling and how to keep people engaged
- You are strong in scripting and creative thinking
- You take ownership and drive things forward yourself
- You follow trends, AI and new formats
- You will be part of building something big together.
