Roles & Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and lead the Arabic content strategy for Saudi Arabia, aligned with the regional marketing objectives and overall brand positioning
  • Create and manage a rolling content calendar across all channels social media, email, website, events, and paid campaigns.
  • Serve as the primary Arabic editorial lead, ensuring cultural authenticity, linguistic excellence, and audience relevance.
  • Define creative briefs for all content formats, from long-form editorial and property storytelling to short-form social and digital assets.

Team Leadership & Production Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a multi-disciplinary content team including a Video Director and AI Content Operators.
  • Oversee end-to-end content production pipelines from concept and scripting through to final delivery and publication.
  • Direct the Video Director on shoot planning, creative direction, scripting, and post-production standards for property films, brand films, and social video content.
  • Guide AI Operators in the effective and brand-compliant use of generative AI tools for content ideation, copywriting assistance, visual asset creation, and campaign personalisation.
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture that balances creative ambition with operational rigour.

Arabic Content Excellence

  • Write, edit, and quality-control premium Arabic copy across all touchpoints, ensuring it meets the expectations of a discerning Saudi luxury audience.
  • Translate brand messaging from English to Arabic, adapting tone, nuance, and cultural references without loss of impact.
  • Ensure all content complies with Saudi regulatory and cultural standards.
  • Lead Arabic-first content creation while ensuring alignment with the overall brand guidelines.

AI-Augmented Content Generation

  • Oversee and guide the team's use of AI platforms (including large language models, image generation, and video AI tools) to accelerate content production without compromising quality.
  • Establish best practices, governance frameworks, and quality controls for AI-generated content within the Saudi market.
  • Stay abreast of emerging AI content technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.

Campaign & Channel Management

  • Partner with the broader Marketing team to develop integrated campaign content for property launches, brand activations, and seasonal moments.
  • Manage social media content strategy for Arabic-language platforms, including Instagram, X (Twitter), Snapchat, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Analyse content performance data and translate insights into strategic recommendations to continuously improve engagement and reach.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with the CMO, Sales, and Development teams to ensure content supports commercial objectives and reflects current project status.
  • Liaise with external agencies, photographers, videographers, and influencers as required.
  • Represent the Saudi content team in regional and global marketing forums.

Desired Candidate Profile

Essential

  • Native or near-native Arabic speaker with exceptional written and verbal command of Modern Standard Arabic and Saudi colloquial dialect.
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in content marketing, editorial, or creative content leadership roles.
  • Demonstrable experience working within the Saudi Arabian market, with a deep understanding of local culture, consumer sensitivities, and luxury audience expectations.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing creative content teams, including video production.
  • Experience commissioning, directing, or overseeing premium video and multimedia content production.
  • Hands-on familiarity with AI-powered content tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, or equivalent) in a professional content context.
  • Degree-level education in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, or a related discipline.

Preferred

  • Experience in luxury real estate, hospitality, or premium lifestyle brand marketing.
  • Strong professional proficiency in English, enabling effective collaboration with global stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with content management systems, marketing automation platforms, and social media management tools.
  • Experience developing content governance and brand guidelines for regional markets.
